Vacation Rental Owner Assistance Plans and SBM offices are located in Miramar Beach, Florida and provide maid, repair & maintenance and housekeeping services for vacation rental owner properties in Destin, Scenic 30A or in both Okaloosa and Walton County.

The Basic Assistance Plan covers rental inquiries, booking, guest relations and entry key management.

The Preferred Assistance Plan is the full service plan which begins with vacation rental inquiries, booking, payment processing, client relations, maid service, maintenance service, surtax payment and ends with monthly and yearly owner reports.

The Platinum Assistance Plan is includes all services in the Preferred Plan and includes the accelerated advertising of your rental property.

  • After payment is processed, guest sent confirmation.
  • Provide directions, amenities and KABA door lock entry codes.
  • Provide pre-arrival unit inspections and departure cleaning.
  • Provide prompt reporting of any maintenance or repair issue.
  • Collect and submit all applicable taxes and rental registration fees.
  • Provide monthly email statement showing all income and expenses paid.
  • Deposit net income via ACH direct deposit to owner account.
  • Provide year end statement and process any 1099s for annual income.
